1. Material requirements:

Guide for the killed steel materials.

Guide materials for the chemical composition: C ≤ 28%; S ≤ 0.045%; P ≤ 0.045%.

The mechanical properties of rail should be: σb = 370-520MPa; δs ≥ 24%; guide surface oriented less than or equal to the hardness of HB143 (reference value).

Material tensile strength should not be less than the tensile strength of rail material.

Guides can be machining or cold-processing manner.

2. Guiding rail shape:

Guide rail top surface and between the chamfer or fillet, and its value should be: Chamfer edge length less than or equal to 1mm.

Fillet radius of less than or equal to 1mm. Guides at the end of the horizontal plane should be straight, but not more than 0.80mm allow the concave.
